Mixpack Project – IRIS Factory Automation
As part of the product rollout for the Mixpack system, I partnered with engineers, customers, and the sales team to bring the concept to life in a way that was both technically accurate and customer-friendly.
Key Contributions:
UX Design of Operator Screens – Worked directly with engineers to design user interfaces that simplified complex machine functions, ensuring the screens were intuitive and user-friendly. Gathered real-time onsite customer feedback and iterated on layouts to improve overall user experience.
Branded Marketing Video – Conceptualized and produced a marketing video that highlighted the system’s value, breaking down technical steps into a clear, engaging narrative that customers could easily understand.
Product Rollout & Marketing Strategy – Developed the marketing rollout plan, ensuring consistency across digital and print assets, and aligned the launch with business development goals.
Website Product Page with Visual Explainers – Designed and launched a dedicated product page, including animated GIFs that visually communicated the product’s unique process and benefits in a digestible, modern format.
